As Sr. Director of Client Services at Risch Results, I help businesses identify diverse top talent to take their companies to the next level. I lead my career and my clients with the quote: “Every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it. Autograph your work with excellence.”
With corporate, agency, small business and nonprofit experience, I join the team with a dynamic, client-focused marketing and communications background. I was formerly the Director of Marketing and Alumni Engagement for Dallas College’s Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and a member of the College’s Strengths Core Team. There, I served as a Clifton Strengths facilitator and joined Babson College as a Success Coach for the Black Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (BWEL) program.
I hold a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. I am honored to be a Texas Exes Life Member and serve on the following advisory boards: Texas Exes Black Alumni Network, immediate past President; the University of Texas Black Studies Advisory Committee; the UT Youth Engagement Center Dallas Advisory Board; the UT Austin Black and Latinx Alumni Advisory Board. I am also a chartering member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Dallas Metropolitan Chapter where I serve as scholarship co-chair.
When I am not working with clients or giving back in the community, I love traveling to new places, such as Europe, China, India, Mexico and Caribbean. I enjoy blogging and writing, as well as art journaling and painting with fellow creatives. I am a former contributing writer for the blog Loving On Me and a contributing author of the book, Behind Her Brand: The Expert Edition, 2015.
