About Ashley
As a recruiting associate at Risch Results, I help companies find great talent so they can grow. My background in sales and business development from diverse industries taught me how to build a strong network and make connections. I am eager to use those skills to help connect talented candidates to new opportunities with our clients.
I graduated from Central Michigan University with a BAA in Entrepreneurship and Minor in Sales, where I was involved as a student and community leader. Now, I enjoy the food scene, museums, and the parks in Houston, where I live with my dogs, Cash and Reba.
