I have been in the staffing and recruiting industry for about 10 years and have a proven track record of success in supporting US clients across various industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, IT, finance, engineering and construction. As Senior Sourcing Manager at Risch Results, I partner with Recruiting Associates to conduct extensive research to find the best talents on behalf of our clients.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas. I enjoy volunteering in community work and I’ve been supporting NGOs in my private capacity since college. During my spare time, you may see me either reading a book or watching some action-packed, suspense, thriller movies on Netflix.
