"Jolene is a passionate business leader in our community who has woven community engagement into the way she lives her life and runs her company. I have known Jolene for at least 5 years and in that time I have seen her commitment to our community through her non profit board positions, her active volunteerism in the community with her family and her employees. She also has a views the world from an equity and justice lens which can be seen in her work where she tries to reduce bias in recruiting practices but also through her participation with the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum where she is always thinking about being an upstander and not a bystander. Jolene is pure heart and just a good person. She whole heartedly deserves this recognition."
