The Challenge: A rapidly growing Dallas-based Home Health company needed to hire multiple recruiters to be tasked with hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Risch Results needed to find recruiters who were accustomed to high volume recruiting, with experience recruiting CNAs. Ideally, we also needed to find candidates with home healthcare experience.

The Approach: Risch Results sourced and pre-screened candidates with interviews and provided a FIT assessment. Next, we managed the interview process. The company’s COO would conducted initial phone interviews, then top candidates met with the president on Zoom.
The Results: Over the course of about six months, Risch Results hired three recruiters for the organization.
