Together with our team, I implement advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top talent, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach. I build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and develop relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of the East. When I’m not caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, I can be found nestled on my couch, indulging in my favorite Netflix series (one of them is Friends). I also enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones.
