With over two decades in healthcare recruiting, my focus is on staffing physician practice roles including front-office, back-office, revenue cycle, practice management, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. I take great pride in my ability to match outstanding candidates with positions that fit their skills and aspirations while meeting the organization’s needs. For me, the ultimate reward lies in finding enduring matches that fit the culture of the practice.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University and my passion for serving the healthcare community led me to specialize in building high-performing teams for medical practices.

I have served as a speaker for the Texas Medical Association, Texas Orthopedic Association, and the Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management. I have also served as a speaker and board member for the National Association of Personnel Consultants, Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants. My professional certifications include Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS).

In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family, watching movies, and performing stand-up comedy.
